Anna Quan’s Mid Season sale has just kicked off and, as usual, there are some very good pieces included. I’ve trawled through all of the sale pages (yes, really!) and I’ve pulled together an edit of the items that caught my eye, along with some pieces I already own that are now heavily discounted. Some pieces in the latter category are significantly marked down with limited sizing left, but they’ve been genuine standouts in my wardrobe so I thought they were worth flagging.
As always with these edits, I’ve kept things fairly focused. First up are my top picks from the sale, followed by pieces I already own (with some sizing notes where helpful).
Let’s get crackin’!
My Top Picks From The Sale
Rhea Top
Was $390, now $220

I’ve had my eye on this since it was released! Such a chic halterneck style top in Anna Quan’s classic dark denim wash. The silhouette feels very modern and polished, and the denim fabrication gives it a slightly more relaxed feel compared to a traditional evening top.
Holly Dress
Was $550, now $350

A drop waist strapless dress with a flattering ruched bodice. The proportions on this one are lovely – fitted through the top and then falling into a more relaxed skirt. An elegant but still contemporary event option thanks to the fabric.
Poppy Top
Was $280, now $180

This is top version of the yellow jersey dress I wore to the F1 (linked here – I’m wearing a size 8). The butter yellow shade is incredibly flattering and the top is arguably more versatile as it can easily be styled for both work and play.
Pia Dress
Was $650, now $400

A halter neck dress in the chalkstripe fabric, which is one of my favourite fabrics Anna Quan has produced. It feels like a softer, more modern take on pinstripe – the broken lines against the navy make it subtle but still incredibly classic.
Virginia Skirt
Was $750, now $480

Aside from the stellar name for this piece (lol), this skirt has everything going for it. The same navy chalkstripe fabric appears here in this style with an asymmetric hem and draped detailing. “Fun” and “interesting” skirts are a gap I’ve identified in my wardrobe recently and this one is very tempting.
Indi Dress
Was $950, now $560

A sleeveless lace mini dress with cascading draped detailing. This feels like a classic Anna Quan evening piece – elegant and perfect for more formal occasions.
Pieces I Already Own (Now On Sale)
Some of these pieces are now on major markdowns with limited sizing, but they’ve been standout items in my wardrobe so I thought they were worth highlighting.
Bryn Top in Navy
Was $350, now $220

An asymmetric neckline with buttons along the sleeve which makes it surprisingly versatile when it comes to styling. I’ve worn this to the office as well as on weekends out and about with the family. Anna Quan’s cotton knit fabric is supreme – the ribbed texture means it’s comfortable with lots of stretch, but it’s also weighty enough that it lasts and lasts.
Vela Skirt
Was $380, now $220

The matching knit skirt to the Bryn top I’ve featured above, featuring the same button detail. I’m wearing a size AU 8 in both pieces.
Penelope Dress in Jacaranda
Was $390, now $270

The iconic dress that is constantly duped, but nothing really beats the original when it comes to quality. I’m wearing a size 8 here, though I also have the size 6 in the dark brown version for a slimmer fit (and have also dedicated a whole blog post to this dress).
Hayden Dress in White Crinkle
Was $550, now $300

One of my newest acquisitions from the recent archive sale. It’s still available in limited sizing hence why I’m featuring it in this round up. I’m wearing a size 8 and it’s quickly become one of my favourite additions to my wardrobe this year.
Sienna Blazer
Was $750, now $400

A longline blazer and one of the brand’s signature silhouettes. A beautifully tailored wardrobe staple which looks great with longer line skirts or tailored trousers.
Ollie Dress
Was $420, now $300

A mini denim dress with an exaggerated silhouette that is incredibly flattering on the body. I’ve mainly worn this to dressy events because of how elevated the style is.
Velma Top
Was $190, now $60

A boatneck tank that I also picked up from their archive sale from last year. I’ve loved wearing this both tucked and untucked and the colour pairs really well with navy (if that’s your thing.. it’s definitely mine).
Ava Dress in White
Was $450, now $170
(Also available in Calico – was $550, now $380)

A really unique silhouette with a wide shirred bodice creating a drop waist shape, though I’ve personally enjoyed styling it slightly higher.
Philippa Top
Was $550, now $120

One of my favourite tailored tops. It perfectly represents the sharp tailoring and minimalism that Anna Quan does so well. It’s heavily discounted as it’s from a few seasons back but it remains one of my favourite workwear go-tos.
As always, thanks for stopping by!
