Bared Footwear’s big sale has just kicked off (please clap for how organised I am), and it’s always one of the events I mark in my calendar. Their shoes are that rare combination of podiatrist-approved comfort and genuinely stylish design – which means when the discounts roll around, it’s time to act… fast.
I’ve harped on about Bared Footwear for years because they work hard in my wardrobe and in my day-to-day life. Whether it’s office days, travelling, chasing after the boys, or my default preference of walking just about everywhere rather than driving, their shoes have been the reliable pair I reach for. They manage to keep up with my lifestyle and look good doing it – which, if you ask me, is the ultimate footwear unicorn.
I’ve rounded up some of my favourite styles from my collection and put together an edit of some of my top picks from the sale.
Let’s go!
#1 – The rustic brown loafers I’ve been constantly reaching for
Was $289, now $259
I’ve made it no secret how much I love these loafers (I even wrote a dedicated blog post on them!), and I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve worn these. I also know for a fact that a lot of you have taken up my recommendation and bought these for yourselves. For those of you that have been on the fence… now’s the perfect time to pounce! I’ve been wearing these on repeat – they’re versatile, comfortable, and a chic alternative to black (but they also come in black if that’s what you’re into). I’ve walked into work in these and they’ve been incredibly easy to style – both with and without socks!

#2 – These tall glossy boots
Was $489, now $429
Sleek and leg-lengthening, these tall boots are begging to be worn with midi skirts or dresses. The mahogany brown leather has a slight sheen making them ideal if you want to add a bit of texture to your outfit (without going down the full patent leather route). I’ve been genetically blessed (ha!) with shapely calves, and can confirm there’s ample room for them in these boots. – the perfect cool weather investment.

#3 – These silver loafers
Was $299, now $199
Metallics are the new neutrals (is that what the cool kids are saying?!). Cool kids aside, silver is the easiest way to add interest without going over the top. As you can see from the outfits featured below, they look great styled with my neutral-coloured outfits.

#4 – These burgundy patent slingbacks
Was $289, now $199
High-shine, elegant (thanks to the pointed toe), and with just the right amount of glamour. They’ll bring instant polish to even the most pared-back outfit. They also make a great transitional season shoe option for the office.

#5 – These two-toned loafers
Was $289, now $179
I’m so so excited about these shoes! The loafers are a play on the classic 1950s style as well as the spectator shoes of the 1920s & 30s (the two-toned shoes Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling wore in La La Land – LOVE). I put together two outfits featuring these loafers in my recent reel and they are so much fun to style. I love the bold contrast of the two tones.
#6 – These leopard print pointed slingbacks
Was $289, now $199
Because leopard is a neutral, right? These instantly elevate jeans and a tee, or make a simple black & white outfit for work infinitely cooler.
#7 – My favourite western-inspired boots
Was $429, now $329
I appreciate sizing is very limited for this style, but I had to include them in this round up because they spark so much joy for me every time I wear them. They’re a subtle nod to the Western trend without being costumey.

#8 – My go-to fisherman sandals
Was $279, now $249
I know the weather isn’t calling for them right now, but come warmer days you’ll be glad you planned ahead. I bought these full price a few years ago and they’re endlessly wearable and one of the comfiest sandal styles I own.
