Is there anything that cuts deeper than a pair of flat sandals that give you blisters? Yeah, probably. But for a style of shoe that’s meant to provide respite from the dressier shoe styles in your wardrobe, there’s really no excuse for them to be uncomfortable. Not to toot my own horn (but doing so in the process 😜), I’ve pretty much nailed it when it comes to comfy heels (see here, here and here), so the hunt has been on for a pair of comfortable (as in, podiatrist designed level of comfort) and equally, stylish sandals. Sure, there are Birkenstocks, Saltwater Sandals and Tevas, but they’re a tad too casual to extend into swankier dress codes. Well, I’m pleased to report I’ve found the perfect sandal that nails the stylish but importantly, comfortable brief.
The sandals getting the spotlight in this blog post is the Sparrow Sandal from Bared Footwear. Crafted from luxe, woven brown leather, they offer all-day cushioned comfort thanks to Bared’s biomechanical footbed (which features strategic arch placement to reduce pressure across your feet). In this post, I’m going to share with you four of the many ways I’ve styled my Bared Sparrow sandals since I bought them a few weeks ago. They’ve been my most-reached-for shoe since they came into my life whether it be for work, weekend or date nights. With no wear-in time, no blisters and the ability to elevate my outfits, it’s a win-win, right? Keep scrolling to see!
