It’s well documented that I’m a huge fan of Arket. As one of my favourites brands that I’ve shopped for years, it’s not unusual for me to place at least a couple of orders a year, though with the AUD being weak against the USD recently, I only placed my first order for 2023 a few weeks ago (right before the sale kicked off… go figure). There’s a reason why they keep releasing this style in a heap of colour-ways. It’s exceptional quality – a tightly woven milano rib knit made from heavyweight cotton. I’ve had my version for a couple of years and it is one of the dressier knits in my wardrobe.

Arket’s version of this classic wardrobe staple uses their premium cotton linen blend which I own in both the short trench coat and the shawl collared jacket. This trench has an oversized silhouette which works perfectly in this soft and weighty fabric mix, which in my opinion, gets better with wear.
Crossover Detail Blazer – 30% off
A twist on a classic with this crossover detail at the back. The literal definition of business at the front, (subdued) party at the back.
