In exciting bag news, there’s been a recent addition to my wardrobe that’s worth putting on your radar. The Senreve team recently sent across their Aria Elevee Bag for me to road test and I’ve been having a decent play with it over the past few weeks. As you can probably gather from the name, it’s a more elevated version of the hugely popular Aria bag, one of the more loved items in my wardrobe. But what’s arguably more exciting about the bag is the fact that it’s made from 100% vegan materials. Senreve has been dabbling in vegan leathers for a few years so I was very curious to give this one a try.

I talk through and compare three Senreve bag styles in my YouTube video (linked below) where I share a comprehensive review of Senreve as a whole. Before trying any of their bags, I was most excited about the Maestra bag style, likely due to the fact that it’s been heavily spruiked by influencers so it was just naturally on my radar. It was the first bag I received from Senreve and I could definitely see what all the hype was about. But out of all the bag styles I’ve tried from the brand, it’s the Aria bag that has been a real stand out for me. Funnily enough, it was the bag I was least enthused about, but since receiving it a couple of years ago, it very quickly became my favourite bag from the brand. In my opinion, the style is totally underrated in comparison to the exposure of Senreve’s other bag styles.

I was really excited to try the Aria Elevee style. The main difference from the original Aria is the metal buckle with a functional magnetic closure – in my view a huge improvement on the closure of the original bag which requires you to thread the strap through to close it. Just like the original, the Aria Elevee features 3 interior pockets that fit up to an iPhone 14 Pro Max and it can be styled as a belt bag, a sling bag, crossbody or as a clutch.

I was really keen to try out their vegan leather option and opted for their Vegan Amica leather which is an embossed material that mimics the texture of crocodile leather. It has a patent like glossy appearance that has proven to be very durable in the 6 weeks that I’ve used it. Durability is one of Senreve’s strong suits and this doesn’t buck the trend, but it’s also not too thick, which can be the case with some of the materials they use. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that it’s lightweight which is definitely something to factor in mind for a bag of this size designed to be a runaround bag.

The bag comes with an adjustable strap crafted in the same material as the bag, but to add a bit of extra pizzazz, I also picked out one of their long enamel coated chains so I could change things up a little. As you can see from the outfits I’ve managed to style with the bag, she’s a versatile pocket rocket isn’t she?!
