This will be an admission against interest but as I type this, I’m on the tail end of one of the worst flus I’ve battled. This past week I’ve been a shivering and spluttering mess. So it’s probably a bit rich of me to share some recent activewear outfits that have formed part of my healthy lifestyle when this past week has been the total opposite! It just goes to show that a good exercise routine sadly doesn’t make you immune to viruses but I hate to think how bad this flu would have been if I wasn’t in better health to begin with.

Now that we’ve established that, let’s get stuck into the activewear shall we 😅 And if you thought I was picky with my day clothes, it turns out that pickiness carries through to my activewear as well. If an activewear set doesn’t give me the necessary confidence I need or fits in an unflattering manner, then I don’t want it. And trust me, I’ve tried my fair share of duds. From leggings that are too thin, training shorts that ride up when they’re not meant to and sport bras cut in weird places. You can rest assured all of the items I’ve featured in the outfits below meet the minimum standards I’ve come to expect from the hardworking activewear in my wardrobe.
