Sharing a transitional outfit that I really enjoyed wearing last week. One of the pros of the random bursts of windy and wet weather that we continue to experience include continuing to make use of my entire wardrobe! I’m mixing high end with a few of my high street favourites in this outfit. I’ve been playing around a bit with my styling in recent weeks and I really love the preppy vest-layered-over-a-tee look – particularly in these creamy neutral tones.

I picked up this vest from H&M online a couple of months ago and it has been a great addition to my wardrobe and a really versatile piece – dressed up, dressed down – it works well both ways. I’ve layered it over a tee from Arket (their crew neck tees are my favourite t-shirts – I have the style in 6 different colours and counting). My jeans are from Nobody Denim – my all-time favourite brand when it comes to denim. I’m wearing the Siren jeans which are their ultra high rise skinny style – they’re incredibly comfortable and come in a host of different washes.

Accessories-wise, I’m sporting the Ellie boots from Sarah Flint’s collaboration with Gravati – the legendary Italian shoemakers. Every part of the shoe is carefully handcrafted and the shoe is constructed using the traditional Blake construction technique where the sole is stitched directly to the insole for greater flexibility and comfort. These have a 35mm block heel – the perfect amount of lift without sacrificing the ability to be worn all day. And I’ve finished my look off with my Loewe belt which just magically elevates my outfit. Those intricate interlocking L’s subtly pop in the gold hardware.
Thanks for stopping by!
P.S. I’ve just published my 2021 festive gift guide and here’s another transitional outfit.
