It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that, thanks to the Gucci Marmont Belt, the logo belt has become one of the most popular designer accessories on social media.  Just ask me, I’ll tell you – I’ve worn my Gucci belt for the best part of 4 years!  So, it should come as no surprise that over the last few years, other designer houses have jumped on the bandwagon, releasing their own version of the logoed belt – all of them as beautiful as the other, and each earning their rightful place as a must-have accessory.

Before adding my ubiquitous Gucci belt to my closet, I had my doubts about its wearability and whether it was making too much of a statement.  But that initial hesitance slowly fell away with every scroll of my Insta feed as more and more style icons embraced the logoed belt in a totally laid back and cool way, adding a bit of interest to an otherwise minimal outfit.  Now, throwing a belt over whatever it is I’m wearing has become synonymous for me when getting dressed.  So I figured it was time to add a new addition to my wardrobe.  And the best part about a luxe belt?  They’re a (slightly) more affordable way to nab a designer item.

Introducing the newest addition to my closet – a beautifully classic Loewe belt – and I can tell it will be a piece that I’ll be relying upon heavily to elevate many of my ensembles.  I opted for black because I wanted a classic piece to go with everything and the divine logo of four Ls subtly pops in the gold hardware.  The belt is a very wearable 3cm width – the ultimate Goldilocks width (not too thin, and not too thick) and it works well as both a hip and waist belt.  Sizing wise, I opted for the 80cm and it’s the perfect size for me.

I’ve teamed up with Cettire to share my designer belt picks of the season – their selection is incredible!  The online luxury fashion retailer carries over 500 designer labels from Gucci to Saint Laurent and Prada.  Their customer service is very attentive and delivery is between 3 to 7 business days (which is great considering they ship from all over the world).

So here are my favourite belts (including my newest Loewe beauty!).  From Valentino to Tom Ford, there are so many chic designer belt options to choose right now that you can wear forever.
