I recently splurged on a Totême coat and the brand has got me hook, line and sinker. Luxe and minimal tailoring – it’s no surprise that the label is on the radars of fashion editors and the street style set alike. Every item in their collection is perfect and my wardrobe is here for it.
The Stockholm-based brand was founded by fashion blogger Elin Kling in 2014 and creates classic wardrobe staples with a modern edge. And while the pieces are classic, the silhouettes play with proportion creating contemporary silhouettes. Think oversized blazers, coats with exaggerated collars and knits with statement sleeves. The colour palette is right up my alley featuring a lot of creams, brows, black and greys.
So I thought I’d share the pieces that are on my radar and the items that I’d love to add to my wardrobe, budget permitting!

Totême Annecy Coat
I know, I know, I’ve already got the houndstooth version of the coat. And before adding that to my collection, the Annecy Coat was one that crossed my mind every other day. It’s a beautiful draped wrap coat that is beloved by fashionable celebrities and women across the world. Ideally I’d love to add every colour to my collection, but the next colour that I’m targeting is a rich chocolate brown one. I don’t have one like it in my wardrobe and it would be a piece that I’d mix and match with the existing neutrals in my wardrobe. It’s currently available in black here.

Totême Annecy Jacket in Charcoal
Another piece that forms part of Totême’s permanent collection is the jacket version of their signature coat. It’s got all of the features of the original – oversized fit, drape collar, but it’s cut to a shorter length which makes it great for milder winters or Autumnal weather. I’d love to add the charcoal version to my wardrobe as I think it could be easily styled with both my workwear and off-duty outfits. Supplies are scarce though so I’ll be looking to the pre-loved market for mine.

Totême Lunel Jacket in Camel
Another piece I’m currently scouring the secondhand market for. I love the contemporary collarless design and the thin waist-tie belt, it’s very The Row or Loewe but without the crazy price tags. ANd while it still costs a pretty penny, I’m hoping to save a few by going down the pre-loved route!

Totême Draped Silk Blouse
I’ve seen many iterations of this blouse on the high street but I’d love to add the real deal to my closet. It’s a dressier piece, thanks to the draping, while still maintaining its overall minimal aesthetic.
Has Totême been on your radar? And have you got any of their pieces from the Toteme collection in your wardrobe? Let me know!
P.S. You can read my first impressions of the houndstooth Annecy Coat here and you can shop the pieces in my wardrobe here.
