…and just like that, we check off the first month for the year! I hope you’ve all had a great start to 2021. I don’t know about you, but I’ve got my fingers crossed that this year will be an improvement on 2020, and with expectations set low, I’m confident that it will be.
January was a quiet month for our family. With school holidays coinciding with the restrictions that were in place, we entertained ourselves at home for much of the time. My husband and I have been back at work for a few weeks now and we’re continuing to enjoy the efficiencies when working from home. That said, we’ve been heading into the city for meetings here and there and will shortly work partially from the office to transition back to normal life, which admittedly still feels worlds away!
While it’s summer here in Australia, we had some strange cooler weather in January that warranted cameo appearances of my knitwear! I spent most of the month in relaxed outfits and enjoyed reflecting on the best of 2020 in several blog posts that I’ve summed up below.
I hope you’re all well and staying positive x

…because one can dream right?
I donned some relaxed outfits during the Christmas/New Year break. The weather was unseasonably cool… but no complaints from me!
This high street tee is my hero wardrobe staple and I’ve now got it in four different colours!
My initial thoughts on Everlane’s newest denim style (with the highest rise!).
As always, thanks for your support.
