As we face the new reality of self-isolating, social distancing and working from home, I thought I would share the more relaxed outfits that I’ve been sporting in recent times.
Every second day or so (or when I can muster the energy), I’ll put a bit more effort into getting dressed. It makes a world of difference and serves as a great morale booster and keeps me productive. Admittedly, if I was to show you what I wear on every other day, you would see a common theme: flannel and track pants. (And I’m sure I’m not alone in this!)

SHOP THE LOOK
If you’ve been following me for a while on Instagram, you might recognise this coat styled in more corporate looks here and here. The toffee colour is tad more sharper than what I’d typically go for but I wanted to branch out a little with my colour palette while still sticking with my usual style ethos – and I’m so glad I did. It pairs so well with the neutrals in my wardrobe while making a bit of a statement.

The jeans that I’m wearing are ones that I’ve owned for almost three years. I bought this pair when I was rebuilding my denim collection after my body changed after giving birth to my now 3 year old. My denim collection isn’t huge but all my jeans, save for one pair, are by Nobody Denim – an Australian brand that is accredited by Ethical Clothing Australia and has long implemented sustainability at the core of its business practice. Their jeans are so well made and their cuts are always flattering on my body. I’m a true size 8 and normally take a size 27 in their jeans.
I hope you’re all staying safe and happy. Thanks again for visiting.
P.S. My pick of lighter coloured neutral coats for A/W and knitwear to elevate your WFH style
