Designer Belt Reveal! (+ the Belts of The Season)

t wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that, thanks to the Gucci Marmont Belt, the logo belt has become one of the most popular designer accessories on social media. Just ask me, I’ll tell you – I’ve worn my Gucci belt for the best part of 4 years! So, it should come as no surprise that over the last few years, other designer houses have jumped on the bandwagon, releasing their own version of the logoed belt – all of them as beautiful as the other, and each earning their rightful place as a must-have accessory. Introducing the newest addition to my closet – a beautifully classic Loewe belt – and I can tell it will be a piece that I’ll be relying upon heavily to elevate many of my ensembles. I’ve teamed up with Cettire to share my designer belt picks of the season – their selection is incredible! The online luxury fashion retailer carries over 500 designer labels from Gucci to Saint Laurent and Prada.

One Item, Four Ways: Totême Annecy Coat

I splurged! On a brand that always makes me want to splurge: Totême. I’ve had the signature Totême Annecy Coat on my wish list for years and when I saw that it was released in a new houndstooth print, it was hook, line and sinker. As the temperature has dropped here in Sydney, I’ve found myself reaching for this coat a ton as it is so easy to style. While it’s technically a print, the monochromatic black and white houndstooth goes with everything. Here are four of the many ways I’ve styled it.

7 Coats, 7 Days

As a self-proclaimed coat addict, it should come as no surprise that I’m always excited for the cooler season. To me, coats are like shoes – they can either make or break an outfit… and you can never have too many.

Week in Outfits: A/W Edition

Outerwear season has kicked into gear and I am living for it. My ensembles for work have been pretty relaxed as of late as I play around more with less fitted silhouettes that I used to rely upon heavily for my everyday. I’ve added a few preloved pieces to my wardrobe that feature in this week’s rotation of outfits. Here’s a wrap-up of the week that was.

July Carry On Luggage Review

After over a year of pandemic-induced lockdowns, travel has been back on the cards recently (which feels equal parts weird and normal) as vaccinations against Covid are made available. It’s been more than a year of fluctuating Covid infection rates, on-again, off-again lockdown restrictions (sigh Victoria… 😔), and just overall quarantine fatigue. And while we’re still not in the clear, as this past week has shown, travel is picking up (at least most interstate travel anyway) – for both business and pleasure – and we’re slowly adjusting back to our lifestyles as we knew them. And with a couple of trips to see family now under the belt, I wanted to share my thoughts on my luggage of choice for travel – the July Carry On Luggage – and there’s a lot more to it than meets the eye. Not only does it look slick, it’s a smart little feller too and I’ll walk you through all of its nifty features.
